Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer direct billing?

We do not currently offer direct billing. However, you will receive a receipt immediately following your appointment, which you can submit to your extended health care provider for reimbursement.

Do you offer assessments

As a team of Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers, we do not provide psychoeducational or diagnostic assessments. However, we often collaborate with other healthcare providers to support a coordinated care plan when these services are required.

Do you offer sliding scale or free services?

Yes, we offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Please contact our office to discuss pricing options that work for you and your family. At this time, we do not offer free services.
