Jennifer is responsible for managing the administrative needs at both the Bowmanville and Port Hope offices. She primarily works out of their main office in downtown Bowmanville. Jen has been working in customer service for over 10 years and has been fundamental in the success of delivering Counselling Connection’s services to the community. Jen’s friendly demeanour and compassionate attitude help clients feel comfortable and welcome both in our office space, and with questions pertaining to our services.
Janet has over 10 years administrative experience. Janet’s unique skill set comes from her various experiences working in the industries of law, trades, advertising and social services. As part of the administrative team, Janet supports all of our counsellors and their clients to ensure effective and efficient services.
